We are veteran truck drivers committed to supporting women in the industry through our advocacy efforts.


 

REAL Women in Trucking was formed in 2010 as a protest group by women truckdrivers seeking improved conditions that were not being effectively addressed by the industry or any other organizations. This grassroots driver-led movement was granted a 501 (c)(6) trade association status in 2013. Participation is voluntary and open to those who have a "desire" to help others.
